Refund Policy

Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Requests for a refund must be made in writing. Requests may be directed to refunds@bluecardvisa.com

In some instances, a refund may be pro-rated to reflect the portion of the product/service that has already been used.

No Refund: Sorry, there are no refunds for products delivered in PDF or any other digital format.
There are no refunds for skype/phone consultations or meetings.

Blue Card Visa Premium Services:

Contract cancellations received within 24 hours of joining/renewing may be eligible to receive a part refund less €100 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Contact Blue Card Visa Premium Services at refunds@bluecardvisa.com
